A therapy and coaching session is 60 minutes long for both individual and mother-daughter couples. 

Supervision and consulting sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes long. You can book a one-off session or secure Rosjke as your supervisor or consultant for your therapy or coaching work with women and girls and book a monthly appointment.   

I only work online through Zoom for all my clinical and supervisory work.

No, I do not give clients and supervisees permission to record their session. And I don't record my sessions with my clients and supervisees.

I am resident in New Hampshire, where the law states that no one can record another person without their permission.

Yes, after the first session, clients can opt to prepay for 4 sessions, which provides a 10% discount. 

I find that it is best that clients ask their questions during the session, where we can process their thinking about the question.

I do not respond to questions between sessions. I ask clients to make a note of what they want to ask and to bring it to their next session. 

For supervisee's - I do not respond to questions between sessions. If an issue arises that you need to process before your next supervision session, please email to make an extra appointment. Extra appointments are charged at the normal rate. 

Every client and mother-daughter couple is different, and it is hard to assess how long your therapy will take without meeting you, and experiencing how quickly you can facilitate the change you desire.

The First Session is an assessment session about what might be happening in your mother-daughter relationship, and what help you need. We will also be assessing whether we are a good therapeutic fit in working together. 

I do give homework after every session, because it facilitates change more quickly and teaches new tools.

For the first 4 or 5 sessions, I like to see clients weekly, as it helps speed up the desired changes. After these first 4 or 5 sessions, clients can opt to having a session every second week if that works out better financially, or gives more time to complete homework assignments. 

No, your mother or daughter do not need to join your session, unless you are wanting mother-daughter couple's therapy and coaching.

When one person changes in a relationship, the other person must change in response to the changes that are being initiated. When the other person isn't participating in the therapy, we have little control over how they will react to the changes.  

If you need to cancel or reschedule your therapy/coaching appointment or your supervision/consulting appointment, you must give a full 48 hours' notice otherwise you will be charged for the session, regardless of reason.

If you are late for your session, you will receive the time that is left in your 60 minute or 90 minute appointment.

I see clients and supervisees Monday to Thursday afternoon.
