Terms and Conditions

My signature declares that I have read and agree with the following Terms and Conditions for the Online Mother-Daughter Attachment® Refresher Course. This agreement is between Rosjke Hasseldine and Mother-Daughter Coaching International LLC (MDCI).
The following Terms and Conditions are agreed as follows:
1. Placement in the online Mother-Daughter Attachment® Refresher Course is conditional on having completed the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Training Course.
2. The Training Course fee is to be paid in full before you can start the online course.
3. All intellectual property rights in and associated with the Training and the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model are owned by Rosjke Hasseldine. Rosjke Hasseldine asserts her right under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the author of the training course and Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model. All rights are reserved. No part of the Training may be reproduced, adapted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying.
4. Mother-Daughter Attachment® and the Certified Mother-Daughter Coach Logo are registered Trademarks owned by MDCI. The trademarks Mother-Daughter Coach, Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model, Mother-Daughter Coaching Model, Mother-Daughter History Mapping, Women’s Power Circles, Mother-Daughter Puzzle, and all associated logos are intellectual property owned by Rosjke Hasseldine.
5. The online Mother-Daughter Attachment® Refresher Course updates and broadens your knowledge and skills in working with mothers and daughters individually and as a couple.
6. The Mother-Daughter Attachment® Refresher course is an online course without in-person lessons or tutorials. Students have access to the course for six (6) months from the day of purchase.
7. On completion of the Refresher course, you can download a twenty (20) hours CPD certificate from MDCI.
8. If personal issues arise during the Refresher course, students are expected to find a therapist or the appropriate support they need.
9. Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches agree to provide their mother-daughter therapy/coaching services within the best-practice guidelines set out in the Training and to abide by the MDCI Code of Ethics outlined in the syllabus.
10. Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches agree to keep their professional association membership, license or accreditation, and professional liability insurance current and attend regular supervision or mentoring that understands the Mother-Daughter Attachment Model, and supports your work with mothers and daughters.
11. Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches agree to pay the annual Certification Subscription to maintain their Certification, and the option to list their details on the "Find a Coach" referral list.
12. From February 1, 2023, graduates of the Training who have NOT been Certified for 12 months from their graduation date and want to become Certified, MUST sign up for and complete the Online Mother-Daughter Attachment® Refresher Couse and subscribe to the annual Certification Subscription. Graduates who have NOT been Certified for 24 months from their graduation date and want to become Certified, MUST redo the Training Course.
13. Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches are solely responsible for their mother-daughter therapy/coaching work. Neither Rosjke Hasseldine nor MDCI, including its Teaching Faculty shall be liable in contract, tort or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or in connection with the Training or the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model. Students and Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches agree to indemnify Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI and its Teaching Faculty on a continuing basis for any claims against Rosjke Hasseldine or MDCI or the Teaching Faculty arising from the student’s or Certified Mother-Daughter Coach’s actions.
14. Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI reserves the right to withdraw the certification status of a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach who fails to follow these terms and conditions, is not following the best-practice guidelines set out in the Training, breaches the MDCI Code of Ethics, and/or is no longer in good professional standing. In the event a Mother-Daughter Coach Certification is withdrawn, the permission and limited right of the graduate to use the phrase “Certified Mother-Daughter Coach”, associated logos, and listing on the "Find a Coach" referral page will also be withdrawn.
