Online Certified Mother-Daughter Coach Training Course
Terms and Conditions

By signing up to the Online Certified Mother-Daughter Coach Training Course, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. I understand the Online Training is a post-graduate Course for mental health professionals and coaches, and if anyone enrolls onto the Training without the necessary mental health or coach training, the course fee will not be refunded.
2. I understand the Online Training teaches how to provide individual and couples therapy/coaching services to mothers and daughters.
3. I understand that the Online Training fee is not refundable, including for technical issues. Mother-Daughter Coaching International (MDCI) endeavors to ensure that the Online Training is available 24/7, however I understand that unforeseen technical issues can occur.
4. I understand that by signing up for the Online Training, I agree to receive email messages from MDCI and that I can unsubscribe at any time.
5. I agree to keep my login details private, for my own use, and not transfer it to anyone else. MDCI reserves the right to cancel your subscription without a refund if it is detected that someone else is using your login details.
6. I understand that I have access to the Online Training for 365 days or (12) twelve months from the date of purchase.
7. I understand that at the completion of the Online Training I will be able to download a CPD Certificate for 30 hours.
8. I understand that MDCI reserves the right to update course content and retire its online courses. A refund will not be given if the Online Training is discontinued.
9. I understand the Online Training offers an option to apply to Certify as a Mother-Daughter, and that by applying for Certification, I am confirming that I am a qualified mental health professional or coach, or student in my final year of training. If I apply without the necessary qualifications, the application fee will not be refunded. And if it is discovered that I have been working as a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach without the necessary mental health or coach training, my Certification will be withdrawn and my listing on the Find a Coach page removed.
10. I understand that the Certification Application fee is $100 USD, and that it is non-refundable and not included in the course fee. The Certification Application fee is invoiced once an application has been submitted, and must be paid before the successful applicant is granted limited rights to call themselves a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach and list their details on the Find a Coach page.
11. I understand that my Certification Application must be submitted no less than (11) eleven months from the date of purchase, and if I submit my Certification Application after (11) eleven months from the date of purchase, I understand that I will need to repeat the Online Training Course at full cost.
12. I understand that gaining Certification as a Mother-Daughter Coach is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the required assessments. The fee to re-submit an incomplete assessment is $100 USD and is non-refundable. I understand that I can resubmit my Certification Application only once, and that the decision to be accepted as a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach is at the discretion of Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI’s Faculty, and their decision is final and binding.
13. I understand that from February 1, 2023, graduates of the Online Training who have not been Certified for (12) twelve months and want to become Certified as a Mother-Daughter Coach, must repeat the Online Certified Mother-Daughter Coach Training Course and reapply for Certification at full cost.
14. I understand that satisfactory completion of the Certification application grants me a limited annual right to use the phrase Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, the associated logo for any promotional materials and website, and list my details on the Find a Coach referral page.
15. I understand that the fee to update my information on the “Find a Coach” page after my first listing included in the Certification Application fee is $50 USD.
16. I understand that the Certified Mother-Daughter Coach term and logo is a trademark owned by Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI and may not be altered in any way. It must be represented no smaller than 2 inches in diagonal.
17. I understand that being Certified as a Mother-Daughter Coach requires an annual Certification Subscription due on February 1, to maintain my Certification status, annual limited right to use the phrase Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, use of the associated logo, and listing on the Find a Coach referral page. Failure to pay the annual Certification Subscription will result in the withdrawal of my Certification status and limited right to use the phrase Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, associated logo, and listing on the Find a Coach referral page. The Certification Subscription costs $229.00 USD and starts on the next February 1 after I have successfully Certified as a Mother-Daughter Coach.
18. I understand that if personal issues arise during the Online Training, I am responsible for my actions and self-care and agree to find a therapist or the appropriate support I need.
19. I understand that as a Student of the Online Training Course, and a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, I agree to keep my professional association membership, license or accreditation, and professional liability insurance current.
20. I understand that as a Student of the Online Training Course, and a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, I agree to attend regular supervision or mentoring with someone who understands the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model and supports my work with mothers and daughters.
21. I agree that as a Student of the Online Training Course, and a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, I agree to provide mother-daughter therapy/coaching services within the best-practice guidelines set out in the Online Training and to abide by the MDCI Code of Ethics outlined in the Training.
22. I understand that Rosjke Hasseldine is the only person licensed to teach the Online Certified Mother-Daughter Coach Training Course and Certify Mother-Daughter Coaches.
23. I understand that all intellectual property rights in and associated with the Online Training and the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model are owned by Rosjke Hasseldine. Rosjke Hasseldine asserts her right under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the author of the training course and Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model. All rights are reserved. No part of the Training may be reproduced, adapted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying.
24. I understand that Mother-Daughter Attachment and the Certified Mother-Daughter Coach Logo are registered Trademarks owned by MDCI. The trademarks Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model, Mother-Daughter Coaching Model, Mother-Daughter History Mapping, Women’s Power Circles, Mother-Daughter Puzzle, and all associated logos are intellectual property owned by Rosjke Hasseldine.
25. I understand that as a Student and Certified Mother-Daughter Coach, I am solely responsible for my mother-daughter therapy/coaching work. Neither Rosjke Hasseldine nor MDCI and its Faculty shall be liable in contract, tort or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or in connection with the Online Training or the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model. Students and Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches agree to indemnify Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI and its Faculty on a continuing basis for any claims against Rosjke Hasseldine or MDCI and its Faculty arising from my actions as a Student or Certified Mother-Daughter Coach.
26. Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI reserves the right to withdraw the Certification status of a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach who fails to follow these terms and conditions, is not following the best-practice guidelines set out in the Online Training, breaches the MDCI Code of Ethics, fails to pay their annual Certification Subscription, and/or is no longer in good professional standing. In the event that a graduate’s Certification status is withdrawn, the permission and limited right of the graduate to use the phrase “Certified Mother-Daughter Coach”, associated logo, and entry on the Find a Coach referral page will also be withdrawn.
