Terms and Conditions

By signing up to the Online "Women's and Girls' Group Facilitation Training Course", you declare that you have read, understood, and agree with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. I understand the Online Training is for women (18) eighteen years and older.
2. I understand that the course fee is not refundable, including for technical issues. Mother-Daughter Coaching International LLC (MDCI) endeavors to ensure that the Online Training is available 24/7, however I understand that unforeseen technical issues can occur.
3. I understand that by signing up to the Online Training, I agree to receive email messages from MDCI and that I can unsubscribe at any time.
4. I agree to keep my login details private, for my own use, and to not transfer it to anyone else. MDCI reserves the right to cancel your subscription without refunding your course fee if it is detected that someone else is using your login details.
5. I understand that I have access to the Online Training for (12) twelve months from the date of purchase.
6. I understand that at the completion of the Online Training I will be able to download a Certificate of Completion and CPD Certificate for 30 hours.
7. I understand that MDCI reserves the right to update course content and retire their courses.
8. I understand that Rosjke Hasseldine, MDCI and its Faculty, and the Online Training does not dispense medical or mental health advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a form of treatment for physical, emotional, or medical problems without the advice of a physician, either directly or indirectly.
9. I understand that the intent of the Online Training is to offer information of a general nature to facilitate learning about facilitating in-person and online women’s and girls’ groups, workshops, and retreats that empower women and girls. In the event you use any of the information in this Online Training for yourself, your clients, or in your groups, which is your constitutional right, Rosjke Hasseldine, MDCI and its Faculty assume no responsibility for your actions or outcomes.
10. I understand that the Online Training Course is for personal development only, and I am responsible for my actions, self-care, and creating my own results. I agree to seek qualified professional help if I need it. I agree to seek mentoring from a qualified mental health supervisor if I need it when facilitating my groups.
11. I understand Rosjke Hasseldine is the only person licensed to teach the Online Women’s and Girls’ Group Facilitator Training Course.
12. I understand that the Online Training does not provide Certification as a Mother-Daughter Coach.
13. I agree to indemnify Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI and its Faculty on a continuing basis for any claims against Rosjke Hasseldine or MDCI or its Faculty arising from my work as a group facilitator.
14. I agree that neither Rosjke Hasseldine nor MDCI and its Faculty shall be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or in connection with the Online Training or the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model. I agree that Rosjke Hasseldine, MDCI and its Faculty are not liable to me or anyone else for the infliction of emotional distress, both intentional or negligent, any decision I make or action I take in reliance on information provided in the Online Training or otherwise, or for consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. I agree that Rosjke Hasseldine asserts her right under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the author of the Online Training, Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model and associated logos, and that Mother-Daughter Attachment® and Certified Mother-Daughter Coach logo are registered trademarks owned by Rosjke Hasseldine and MDCI. All rights are reserved. No part of the Online Training may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including recording, screen shot, photocopying, or by any information storage and retrieval system.
