My signature declares that I have read, understand, and agree with the Terms and Conditions for the Online Women’s Power Circles Facilitator Training Course. This agreement is between Mother-Daughter Coaching International LLC (MDCI) and its Teaching Faculty, Rosjke Hasseldine, and the student of the Online Women’s Power Circles Facilitator Training Course.

The following Terms and Conditions are agreed as follows:

1. By enrolling onto this Training, you are confirming that you have successfully completed Course 1 Online Mother-Daughter Attachment Training Course. If anyone accidentally enrolls onto the Training without having completed Course 1, your course fee will be refunded minus the Stripe and MDCI admin fees.

2. Placement in the Training is non-transferable. You can transfer to another course if there is availability if you cannot join the Training course you are booked onto. The course fee will not be refunded if a student withdraws, fails, or doesn’t complete the course.

 3. The Training Course fee is to be paid in full before the start of the Training.

4. Certificate of completion is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the lessons and assignments and is at the discretion of Rosjke Hasseldine. The cost for resubmitting an incomplete final assignment is $200 USD. If a student wishes to appeal the decision that they resubmit their final assignment to pass the Training, they must do so within a month of receiving their written feedback. In the event of an appeal, an independent panel will examine the case and decide within four weeks of receiving the appeal. The panel’s decision is final.

5. The Training teaches about female silencing and emotional empowerment and how to facilitate in-person and online Women’s or Girls’ Circles, groups, workshops, and retreats.

6. On satisfactory completion of all course requirements, Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches are granted the limited right to use the associated logo on the graduate’s promotional materials and/or website. Certified Mother-Daughter Coaches can opt to list this service on their “Find a Coach” listing. This addition entry is included in the Training Course fee.

7. On completion of the Training Course, students receive a CPD certificate for 60 hours from MDCI.

8. The Women’s Power Circles logo remains the property of Rosjke Hasseldine and may not be altered in any way. It must be represented no smaller than 2 inches diagonal.
