Terms and Conditions

By signing up to any online, on-demand Mother-Daughter Topic Course, you declare that you have read,  understood, and agree with the following Terms and Conditions.  

1. I understand the online mother-daughter topic courses are for women (18) eighteen years and old. 
   
   
2. I understand that the course fee is not refundable, including for technical issues. Mother-Daughter  Coaching International LLC (MDCI) endeavors to ensure that the online course is available 24/7, and I  understand that unforeseen technical issues can happen. 
   
   
3. I understand that by signing up to any online course, I agree to receive email messages from MDCI  and that I can unsubscribe at any time.  
   
   
4. I agree to keep my login details private, for my own mother-daughter use and not transfer it to anyone  else. MDCI reserves the right to cancel your subscription without refunding your course fee if it is  detected that someone else is using your log in details. 
   
   
5. I agree that I have access to the Online Mother-Daughter Topic Course for (3) three months.
   
   
6. I understand that MDCI reserves the right to update course content and retire their courses. 
   
   
7. I understand that Rosjke Hasseldine, MDCI and its Teaching Faculty, and the Online Mother-Daughter  Topic Course does not dispense medical or mental health advice or prescribe the use of any technique  as a form of treatment for physical, emotional, or medical problems without the advice of a physician,  either directly or indirectly.  
   
   

8. I understand that the intent of the Online Mother-Daughter Topic Course is to offer information of a  general nature to help participants in their learning about mother-daughter attachment and their  quest for emotional and relational empowerment. In the event you use any of the information in this  Online Mother-Daughter Topic course for yourself or your clients, which is your constitutional right,  Rosjke Hasseldine, MDCI and its Teaching Faculty assumes no responsibility for your actions or  outcome. I understand that the Online Mother-Daughter Topic Course is for personal development  only, and I am responsible for my actions, self-care, and creating my own results. 
   
   
9. I agree to seek qualified professional help if I require it. 
   
   
10. I understand that the Online Mother-Daughter Topic Course is not a training course and does not provide Certification as a Certified Mother-Daughter Coach. 
    
    
11. I agree that neither Rosjke Hasseldine nor MDCI and its Teaching Faculty shall be liable in contract,  tort, or otherwise (including negligence) arising from or in connection with the Online Mother Daughter Topic Course or the Mother-Daughter Attachment® Model. I agree that Rosjke Hasseldine,  MDCI and its Teaching Faculty are not liable to me or anyone else for the infliction of emotional distress, both intentional or negligent, any decision I make or action I take in reliance on information  provided in the Online Mother-Daughter Topic Course or otherwise, or for any consequential, special  or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.  
    
    
12. I agree that Rosjke Hasseldine asserts her right under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to  be identified as the author of the Online Mother-Daughter Topic Courses, Mother-Daughter  Attachment® Model and associated logos, and that Mother-Daughter Attachment® is a registered  trademark owned by MDCI. All rights are reserved. No part of the Online Mother-Daughter Topic  Courses may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical,  including recording, screen shot, photocopying, or by any information storage and retrieval system.
